The Beginning
Cross Stitching has been around for decades and has become a fun hobby to do to pass the time.
There are so many patterns out there available to you. You can find them in your local craft store, or even at your nearby Wal-Mart, but did you know that you can download your own patterns onto your computer from the comfort of your own home?
Surprisingly, most don't know this. There are just so many patterns sold in stores, your first instinct may be to visit your local shop to buy a pattern rather than search the world wide web. But the good news is, there are patterns out there, thousands of them, and many of them you don't even have to wait for it to arrive at your house! That's right, you can INSTANTLY download the patterns you choose to buy (provided that's how the seller is selling their patterns).
The best kind of patterns to purchase, are in a PDF file. These kind almost always contain, not only the pattern itself, but a full legend of floss colors required, the type of floss you're looking for (like DMC) and the number designated to that color. You're also likely to receive not only the classic black and white pattern, but also the colored pattern as well which is much easier to read!
These are just a few quick tips for you to remember whenever you start your search for your "Perfect Pattern" so you don't feel lost when you're out searching on Google, Bing or any other search engine.
There will also be many patterns available RIGHT HERE! That's right, you don't have to look passed this blog if you so choose. These patterns that are available on this blog were created by ME and are available for cheap on one of the top craft selling sites called Etsy. Just like eBay, it accepts Paypal, but it also allows you to pay by gift card or credit card if you don't want to use a Paypal account.
So make sure you favorite this blog, (or follow it!) to keep updated on all the new patterns available to you! And please, if you have any questions, comments or concerns do not hesitate to leave a message right here for me! I am available to you and will answer any and all messages you leave (provided they're not spam and actual questions, comments or concerns ^_^ ).
